It is structure, features and uniqueness, ways of using psychological features to solve various management tasks. Every day the leader faces various cases, tasks and problems. It is not difficult to get caught in this spiral, as you know, difficulties often await at the most inopportune moment, and one must constantly be ready to solve them. In this paper, an improved method of solving the studied problems of an organization was discussed through management psychology. It is worth noting that there is absolutely no system in the event and unexpected situations, however, if you set a goal, you can create a mechanism of actions for the case if something goes wrong. Presumably, it means drawing up a work plan, keeping all current affairs in order, so that there are no obstacles that can be foreseen and prevented in an unpleasant situation. The complexity of the manager s work lies in the fact that he must constantly streamline and systematize the moments and actions necessary for the successful operation of the company. The manager understands that every day he has to make many decisions, and they must turn out to be correct. Psychologically it is very difficult.
