Entrepreneurship is associate enigmatic conception and connotes various things to totally different individuals, as well as entrepreneurs themselves. this study is concentrated on small, tiny and Medium Enterprises in province. the info was collected from sample comprising of assorted Manufacture and repair suppliers. To analyse the entrepreneurial spirit of the small, tiny and Medium Entrepreneurs. A motive may be a drive that causes someone to require action to satisfy his specific desires. The factors that impelled the businessperson spirit among small, tiny and Medium Entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu for fitting, operation, promotion of the enterprises was analyzed with the assistance of an element analysis.
