To analyse the entrepreneurial spirit of the small, tiny and Medium Entrepreneurs. A motive may be a drive that causes someone to require action to satisfy his specific desires. The factors that impelled the businessperson spirit among small, tiny and Medium Entrepreneurs in Tamil Nadu for fitting, operation, promotion of the enterprises was analyzed with the assistance of an element analysis.
