The coming of youth to the Parliament of any country is a positive effort. This paper has based on three main objectives. First, to know the representation of Youth (Female and Male) under the age of 30, 40 and 45 in the Parliament of the Asian countries. Second, to know the literacy rate of adult in the same countries. And the third and most important objective, “Does literacy affect the participation of Youth in Parliament or not?” has to be discussed. The findings indicated that there are a large number of countries in Asia where despite having a good educational level, youth are absent of the Parliament, which shows the lack of political interest of the youth.
