In this regard, the manufacturing of semiconductors and their related applications play a significant role. The airborne concentration of particulates like chemical vapors or dust compounds can be found even in an enclosed environment. This accounts for pollution in cleanrooms for biomedical applications. The rooms should be monitored and protected from harmful substances and contamination risks. In this work, the room is cleaned with nano-particulate filters to eliminate the dust entering the room. Air circulated through high-efficiency nano-particulate air filter is coated with nanomaterials to absorb the contaminants. The implantable particulate filters positioned at the edges of the room enable a clean environment. Experimental testing is conducted using several nano-filters connected with power design circuits that automatically control the entire environment. The results achieved show that the microbial in the room is cleaned effectively.
